main focus before developing Cotuit Meadows was to protect future water
supplies and to lessen Nitrates. We researched through an extensive Hydrogeologic
study, identifying surrounding wells, and analyzing flow patterns into
the bay. Our engineers designed a private Wastewater Treatment Facility
with gravity feed lines that will reduce nitrates. Our facility will be
state-of-the-art, and the Towns of Barnstable and Mashpee were ecstatic
with our cooperation and “Green” efforts to make Cotuit Meadows
a developmental model on The Cape!
